STUDIO BASED OR BY CORRESPONDENCE (Distance Education) -PROFESSIONAL COURSE. YOGA TEACHER REGISTRATION and YOGA CLASSES

So, you want to become a yoga teacher? Our school was established in 1976, and has been teaching and training nationally and internationally since that time. In recognition and to honour the inspiration for our yoga and our school, our teacher/guru/mentor and the "mother" of yoga in Australia - Margrit Segesman, we have recently nominated our yoga to be called GITAJAIA. Our yoga has not changed, our point of view has been brought into focus.

You can do the entire course out of the Studio, or you can do a combination of tthat and distance education. Whichever you chose, you will in the end having completed the physical and theory elements of the course qualified at the 200 hours standard. You can work onwards from that to the RYTA500 course.

REGISTRATION:  We also register Yoga Teachers who have completed years of actual teaching, but have no formal qualifications. Once you have that insurance is no problem and you can then teach around the world.
