DISTANCE EDUCATION and Registration.....

Our Yoga teacher DISTANCE EDUCATION can begin at any time.

Just Email us with your interest and we will forward the application forms on to you.

STUDIO CLASS TIMES:

Monday : 5.30pm

Tuesday: 8.30am , 6.30pm (TNG at the gym)

Wednesday: 9.00 to 10.30am teacher training

  11.30am Mums+One.

Saturday: 7.30am (TONE'N'GO at the gym), 10am at Morris Rd.

  and *12.30 (*free for those that have taken one class during the week).

Debbie our receptionist will be in attendance on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, and on Saturday from 10am to 12.00.

SHORT COURSES - see sidebar

These courses can be done over a weekend at your venue, or ours, by corrspondence,

or a combination of the two. They can also be counted towards your RYTA500 qualification.
